Choosing the Right GL Account Type

We offer three distinct account levels, each designed to provide specific benefits based on your business model and purchasing volume.

  1. Standard Account

The Standard Account is our baseline entry point. It is available to everyone and requires no specific industry credentials. Anyone can create an account for quick and easy way to save favourite items ready for repeat orders.

  1. Trade Account

Reserved for industry professionals, the Trade Account is designed to support those who use our products as part of their daily work.

  • Eligibility: You must be UK registered company.
  • Benefits: Access to reduced trade pricing and early access to products.
  1. Wholesale Account

Our Wholesale Accounts are strictly reserved for UK based wholesalers. This is our highest tier, designed for high-volume commercial partnerships.

  • Eligibility: You must be UK registered company.
  • Benefits: Exclusive wholesale pricing with 30-day pay terms*.

How to Apply for a GL Trade or Wholesale Account

Ready to upgrade your experience? Applying for a professional account is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure your application is processed quickly:

New Applicants

  1. Visit the Application Page: You can apply for a Trade or Wholesale account here.
  2. Select Your Business Type: If you are applying for a Wholesale account, this step is vital: ensure you select “Wholesaler” in the “Nature of Business” section. This allows our team to categorise your application correctly for review.
  3. Submit for Review: Once submitted, our team will verify your eligibility and notify you of your account status. We aim to do within 2-3 business days.
  4. Check your emails: We will notify you through email on your account status, occasionally our emails will be filtered into your spam/junk folder. We recommend adding [email protected] as a contact in your mailbox, so these emails won’t be filtered out.

Upgrading an Existing Account

If you already have a Standard GL account and have recently moved into the trade or wholesale sector, you don’t need a brand-new login.

  • Simply email log in to your existing account.
  • Follow the application link while logged in.
  • Complete the details and apply for the type of account that best suits your business type.
  • You can also email us directly at [email protected]  about upgrading your account type.

If the applicant is successful you will receive an email with your username (Always the email address given on your application) and a password reset link, this will allow you to set your account up to how you please.
