EV-IQ

It’s the end of a long day. You’re home, the car’s plugged in… and nothing happens.

No charging, No clear answer, just a charger that isn’t doing what it should do.

Situations like this can be frustrating, before you call an installer, run through these quick checks and see if it can be resolved.

Initial Checks

  • Is the EV-IQ logo on the front lit up?

If the sun is shining directly on the charger the light may be difficult to see – please check carefully.

  • The logo is NOT lit up - what should I do?

    1. Check if the charger is turned on at the mains/consumer unit.
    2. If the charger is turned on but still not lit up, contact your installer to check the wiring.

  • The logo is BLUE - what does this mean?

A blue light means the charger is powered on and in standby mode.

➡️ Continue Troubleshooting using the sections below before escalating.

  • The logo is RED - What does this mean?

A red light indicates a fault.
